Appointment Policies and Procedures

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late arrivals may result in appointment rescheduling. Emergency situations and medical urgencies are exceptions to standard cancellation policies.

Payment Terms and Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible payment options for qualifying patients. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any applicable copayments or deductibles.
